Signature Systems’ industry-leading OmniDeck® and Matrax® panels are engineered for a wide range of applications, including non-shifting temporary stadium flooring, portable outdoor event flooring, ground protection, drivable accessways, and platforms for staging, event equipment, concession stands and more. Built with a proprietary blend of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), these interlocking mats are designed to withstand extreme pressure, ensuring the safety of personnel, equipment, and the surfaces beneath.
OmniDeck portable event flooring is the fastest deploying and strongest system on the market. Both OmniDeck HD and OmniDeck LD panels can be installed in many directions simultaneously and placed around fixed objects like goal posts and walls. Their unique puzzle-piece design and built-in locking system, free of loose parts, helps to speed up event setup and breakdown times, minimizing labor and training costs, which means quicker turnaround times and the possibility of more revenue-producing events.
OmniDeck portable event flooring has a top surface tread for traction and built-in handholds that makes it safe and easy for one or two people to carry and install. The dimpled undersurface nests for secure storage and transportation. Depending on subsurface conditions, OmniDeck HD will support up to 600 psi and OmniDeck LD will support up to 200 psi.
Matrax portable event flooring panels have overlapping upper and lower flanges that are reinforced with structural ribbing adding rigidity. This structural element allows for a smooth transition between the locks and along the entire length of the adjoining panels. Overlapping lips also prevent liquids and debris that may be spilled on the surface from reaching the turf and sensitive surfaces below.
Available in heavy-duty (HD) and light-duty (LD), Matrax panels distribute weight evenly to handle heavy equipment and large crowds. Depending on subsurface conditions, Matrax HD will support up to 450 psi and Matrax LD will support up to 225 psi.
Signature’s stadium flooring is manufactured using energy-efficient processes and is designed to be reusable, providing a sustainable turf protection solution. With proper care and maintenance, OmniDeck and Matrax panels can be used for countless events for up to 10 years, providing a significant ROI. At the end of their life, these turf protection systems can be downcycled to create new products.
